Qualifying for High Point

To be eligible for any High Point award, you must be a current Utah Pony of the Americas Club member before the start of the first High Point show you attend. You do not need to own a POA — or even a pony — to join.

We are only hosting one High Point show this year.

We welcome ALL breeds, ALL sizes, and ALL riders who want to be part of our growing, supportive equine community. Membership helps us host quality shows, provide meaningful awards, and continue creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere our exhibitors and spectators enjoy.

Membership Info
High Point awards are calculated based on one pony and one rider combination. Exhibitors may show multiple ponies; however, points earned with different ponies will not be combined toward a single High Point award. If a rider changes ponies during the show, points earned with the new pony will begin a separate total.

The same pony may contribute toward multiple riders’ High Point standings, as points are tracked by pony/rider combination.

Exhibitors are not required to enter every class listed for their High Point division. The posted class list includes all eligible classes in which points may be earned. Entering additional eligible classes may increase your chances of earning a High Point award.
