**EACH RIDER/PONY(HORSE) ENTRY REQUIRES A SEPARATE ENTRY FORM** 1. Entries can be submitted by printing the form, filling it out and sending it with a check. 2. Entries can also be submitted via email. To submit your entries via email follow the directions below: -download the entry form -fill out the form by typing in each box -save your form "with changes" and name the form - for example - "lastname, firstname RMR entry" -send email to [email protected] 3. Complete the RMR/WW EXTRAS Form - - This form allows you to get your STALLS, EARLY ARRIVAL, CAMPING, T-SHIRTS, HOODIES, and HATS all in one form. By completing this form you can have your total amount that needs to be paid. 4. Make a payment by sending you mail entries with a check or pay via VENMO - @Utah-POAC |
